'Sanskrit ', a Classical language (declared in 2005) and an Official language among the 22 languages Official of India is also a sacred language of the country. It is not only a language ; it's a subject toso. Various  books ( literature, politics, medical- science, philosophy , law, grammar etc.) are written in this language. It is a very popular subject from the very the onset of its journey and still maintains its intellectual integrity and importance in today’s world.

The newly designed CBCS syllabus is very much  scientific  and student - friendly as they can adopt knowledge of literature and language both in the same time. Every semester aims to improve the condition and growth of a student. Not only that, the syllabus intends to innovate thinking and critical faculties of a student with regular teaching - learning  process.

The course covers the subject in every possible way as historical , socio- political, economical and obviously it tries to boost the morality of a student. Its  intention  is to relate the student with the past and the present via the texts and the studies. It will help to improve their communication skills, critical thinking and also assist them to work as a team.

The department has a plan in near future to develop the spoken and writing skills of the students and to help them to understand how they can imply this knowledge in practical life. We are looking forward to encourage our ex-students by providing our huge source of books from the college - library for further studies and also by giving them necessary  guidance to enter in a professional  life.

    GOODLUCK !
